1. General
You must be at least 18 years old to shop on our website. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product info, stock, or prices.
2. Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation via email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. A credit check may be done in some cases.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within 1–4 business days if items are in stock. Unclaimed parcels are charged a fee of 300 SEK (or 20% of the order if over 2000 SEK).
We cannot guarantee that cans will be dent-free — especially collector’s items.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days to return non-food items from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Note: Food and opened/sealed items are non-returnable.
5. Complaints
If a product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We follow consumer protection laws and handle valid complaints promptly.
We are not responsible for cosmetic damage to packaging if the product functions as intended.

7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, law changes).
8. Disputes
We aim to resolve issues through customer service. You may also contact ARN or the EU's dispute platform.
